May I bring personal belongings to the Spain 's Residential Living Program?

Yes, we encourage residents to bring personal items in order to allow you to be comfortable. However, the amount of belongings in bedrooms should not be excessive to the point where rooms appear cluttered. Ie : several bags and boxes in closets or in rooms.

 

When will I be able to have an overnight pass?

After 30 days of verifiable abstinence, you will be eligible for two overnight passes per month. However, you must have a sponsor, be following the rules and be current on your rent.

 

Can you help me find a job?

Yes, we have a network of resources to help you find employment if needed.

 

Are there any restrictions on the hours I can work while at S.R.L.?

We encourage residents to find employment on 1 st and 2 nd shifts. However, recovery needs to be the priority. If your work schedule interferes with your being able to participate in your recovery and attend the required number of meetings you will be asked to reexamine your priorities.

 

Can I have a car while at S.R.L.?

Yes, however it must be properly registered and never left inoperable. Ie : on flat tires or not in running condition.

 

What about visitors?

We do have visiting hours available as well as a visitation policy that will be discussed and clarified at our interviews for residency.

 

Is transportation available?

Each resident is responsible for their own transportation. However, transportation assistance is available for residents who qualify. Qualification will be determined during the admission interview.

 

Are meals or food provided?

Residents are responsible for preparing and providing their own meals. However, food assistance is available for residents who qualify.
