CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION

Persons seeking admission to the Spain 's residential Living Program must meet the following criteria:

 

1. The resident must be eighteen (18) years or older.

 

1. The resident must have a recent history of alcohol of other drug use and is in the need of and motivated to reside in a supportive living environment.

 

1. The resident must agree to remain free of alcohol and other drugs during the course of the program.

 

1. The resident must agree to random drug screens upon request.

 

1. The resident must agree to participate in 12 step support groups on a regular basis, i.e. N.A. , C.A. , or A.A.

 

1. The resident will to agree to adhere to the house rules of Spain 's Residential Living to satisfy the mission intended.

 

1. The resident will participate in surveys when requested while residing at S.R.L and following residency

 

1. The resident will be able and will to pay $375.00 monthly for fee and$100.00 deposit at the agreed upon times unless other specific arrangements have been made with management. (S.R.L is willing to work with residents on a case by case basis.)

 

1. The resident must have a 12 step program sponsor within a timely manner while residing at S.R.L Sponsors may be contacted periodically by director.

 

 

Our guidelines are structured so that all residents feel a sense of peace, respect and recovery, as well as stability with their living environment and other S.R.L residents. It is our philosophy that an individual's environment plays a vital role in their ability to survive and be prosperous on their journey to living a positive, drug free life.
